As mother of two I understand more than ever how being healthy is important, for myself and my children. I have been a personal trainer since 2008 and fall in love with training more and more every year.
Being Fit is a lifestyle. I will push you, I will listen to you, and I will support you through every step into becoming healthy and fit. Exercising can be fun, let me show you how!
“Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, mental, and emotional state.” – author unknown.

I have always enjoyed being active whether it is running, hiking, skiing, etc. but my passion for fitness really began when I started strength training. It changed my life making me feel stronger physically and mentally, more capable, and more confident.
I knew right away I wanted to help others achieve that feeling and live a happier and healthier lifestyle. The fitness world can be confusing and overwhelming but with my support and guidance it doesn’t have to be! As a new mom, I know now more than ever how difficult it can be to prioritize exercise in our busy lives.
I am here to meet you where you are, hold you accountable, and push you to reach your goals (and hopefully find some fun and love for it in the process!)

Athletics have always been an important part of my life. I started ballet at age 4. In middle school, I tried every sport available, and in high school earned my black belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate. After college I discovered roller derby, and as I grew serious about the sport I took up running and powerlifting to become a better athlete.
When my derby team was in need of a new coach, I volunteered; it was a life-changing moment. I fell in love with coaching and got my personal training certification to better understand how to help my skaters. I worked in group fitness in Texas, teaching spinning, strength, and yoga, and then started working one-on-one with clients. I’m particularly passionate about preventing and healing back injuries, having suffered multiple spinal traumas in my teens and twenties that could have been prevented by an educated coach. Injury recovery has been an important part of my fitness journey.
More recently I’ve taken an interest in flexibility, and also in the relationship of the energy body to the physical body. When I’m not at work, I might be roller skating, practicing reiki, or reading about the human subconscious. Whether you’re on a recovery journey yourself or feeling good and wanting to be stronger, I’m here to help you along your journey!
Faith
I have always led an active lifestyle, specifically loving sports and running. While in college, I discovered the love and benefits of strength training when I personally experienced how it helped prevent injuries as a runner.
With my long standing interest in health and movement, I chose to pursue personal training to learn how to help others enjoy the benefits of fitness and pass this love on to my family as well. I am passionate about functional strength for longevity and excellent quality of life. As a new mom, I understand the struggle of building and rebuilding strength and fitness.
I am here to listen to your goals, encourage you, guide you, and challenge you. Together we can achieve the healthy you that you want.
Mason
I’ve always been active since I was a kid. I loved playing sports growing up such as baseball, basketball, and lacrosse. I also enjoy hiking and snowboarding when I’m able to. I started to take my fitness journey more seriously after I graduated high school back in 2017.
Looking in the mirror and seeing results from all the hard work and dedication, I was immediately hooked to the process. Not too long after, I joined the U.S. Army in 2018 and served in active duty for four years. My military experience made me fall more in love with health and fitness, and decided that this was what I wanted to do for my career.
Once I left the army, I enrolled in a two year health and fitness professional degree program at Manchester Community College. I will be graduating in May 2025. I want to help you find enjoyment with your health and fitness journey.
Whether it is playing sports, hiking, or simply wanting to adopt a more active lifestyle, I know we can accomplish your goals together.

Playing sports (touch rugby, handball, triathlons, netball and adventure racing) and working out to keep fit and healthy has always been a part of my life. With three active young boys and a busy lifestyle, exercising is also a great stress reliever for me.
After moving to Keene two years ago, I got back into indoor cycling during the colder months and love the energy of riding with a group motivated by good music.
I hope to share this experience with you as part of your fitness journey!
Colleen
I took my first spin class in 2010, got certified to teach spin soon after and have been hooked on spinning ever since! Spinning offered an exceptional work out and a 45 minute escape within the music. I
bring my enthusiasm energy and passion to each class, giving my riders a fun, positive, high intensity workout.
Outside of Spin I can be found hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, horseback riding, gardening and adventuring!
“Do what you love, love what you do”.

I have always been an active person, playing soccer, skiing and running. I was first introduced to spin about seven years ago and fell in love with the fast pace cardio. When I’m not at FORM, I’m raising two young girls and I am a public educator.
I love being outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, swimming and skiing.
Jaimi
I fell in love with spinning in 2009 and I finally followed my dream of becoming an instructor in 2019, earning both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications through Mad Dogg Athletics. When I’m not on the bike, I am on the trails as hiking is my top passion. I hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in 2019 and completed the NH48 in 2021 and am now working through a second round so my dog, Marlee, can join the club. I am also an avid runner and have completed multiple half marathons, Clarence DeMar Marathon, Tough Mudder, and Spartan races. I live in Bellows Falls with my husband Casey and our two dogs, Marlee and Magnolia.
Laura
Health and fitness has been a part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. I found spin in 2010 and fell in love with the high intensity training. Pushing myself completely out of my comfort zone I became an instructor in 2011.
In 2014 I began my journey into strength training, and dove right in by obtaining my Personal Training Certification, which eventually led me to Form 603. I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to share my enthusiasm for fitness and watch clients transform their lives!
Outside of the gym I am a mom of two adult children, wife, Real Estate Paralegal, and a violinist with an absolute passion for horseback riding – cowgirl style, of course! Philosophy: A body in motion tends to stay in motion.
