Class Variety
We run a range of classes designed to improve movement quality, build strength, improve fitness, and keep training interesting. There’s something here for every level.
Small Group Personal Training
These classes are by reservation only with 10 participants maximum. The classes follow a coordinated training plan that includes 3-4 floor training sessions per week, unlimited Spinning, and sauna use.
Private 1:1 Training
1-hour training sessions. A day-to-day training plan in and out of the training center. Ongoing coaching and motivation to keep you on track throughout the week. Customized exercise plan based off your body’s need to be at its best. Full-time support from your trainer.
Spinning
A high-energy, low-impact workout that takes place on stationary bikes in a group setting. The instructor will lead participants through routines that simulate outdoor cycling, including sprints, climbs, and intervals, set to motivating music. Indoor cycling is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness and build strength and endurance.
