#1: FITNESS ASSESMENT

The first step is your initial consultation and physical assessment. A scheduled one on one meeting with your Trainer where we will discuss your goals, your fitness history, and make a plan. After performing a series of physical assessments your trainer will map out your day-to-day training plan here at FORM 603.


#2: THE TRAINING PLAN

Let the training begin! At your assessment you and your trainer will choose a training plan that suits you, your goals, budget, and schedule. We offer Private 1:1 Personal Training, Buddy Training (you +1), and Membership Training (Small Group Training + Indoor Cycling). Your plan could be a combination of several options.

Your trainer will begin by understanding your fitness goals so that she can design a customized exercise program just for you. Throughout your program, your trainer will closely monitor your progress and discuss modifications and strategies to maximize results.

Personal training includes:

  • 1 Hour training sessions.
  • A Day-to-Day training plan in and out of studio.
  • Ongoing coaching and motivation to keep you on track throughout the week.
  • Customized exercise & nutritional plan designed to accomplish your fitness goals.
  • Member App
  • Accountability and full-time support from your trainer.
  • ADD ON: PT Client Spin Membership for only $50.

Working out in public can be intimidating for some, especially when you are just getting started or are new to exercise. That’s why we offer one-on-one sessions with a trainer where you can get individualized coaching and support in a private studio setting.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING MEMBERSHIP

SMALL GROUP TRAINING MEMBERSHIP

This plan includes full UNLIMITED access to ALL of our Small Group Personal Training (aka: Weekday Warriors) & Spinning classes. Your trainer will help you map out a weekly training plan that fits your goals and schedule. This program allows you to get the benefit of having a Personal Trainer, but in a small group setting to save on cost. We offer monthly challenges and prizes, and an amazing fitness community and support.
Check out the 24 classes that run per week! All in a small group and a private studio to provide each and every member the guidance and support they deserve.
