#1: FITNESS ASSESMENT
The initial step involves a consultation and physical assessment. This is a scheduled one-on-one session with your Trainer to discuss your objectives, fitness background, and to devise a plan. Following a series of physical evaluations, your trainer will outline your daily training regimen at FORM 603.
#2: THE TRAINING PLAN
Begin your training journey! During your assessment, you and your trainer will select a training plan tailored to your goals, budget, and schedule. Our offerings include Private 1:1 Personal Training, Buddy Training (you plus one), and Membership Training (Small Group Training plus Indoor Cycling). Your plan may be a mix of various options.
Your trainer will start by assessing your fitness objectives to create a personalized exercise regimen tailored to your needs. As you progress through your program, your trainer will diligently track your advancements and suggest adjustments and tactics to enhance your outcomes.

This package offers unlimited access to all our Small Group Personal Training (also known as Weekday Warriors) and Spinning classes. A trainer will assist you in creating a weekly training plan tailored to your objectives and timetable. This program grants the advantages of a Personal Trainer within a cost-effective small group setting.
